Welcome to Belty Bird. By using the Belty Bird: Learn English mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
The App does not use accounts. Your learning progress is stored on your device; you are responsible for your device and for keeping the App up to date. Uninstalling the App deletes your local learning data.
The App provides structured English lessons, practice exercises, and — for Premium subscribers — an AI conversation tutor. AI-generated tutor replies and translations are produced automatically and may contain mistakes; they are provided for language practice, not as professional advice.
Fair use: AI features are subject to reasonable usage limits per day. You may not abuse, resell, scrape, or programmatically access the App's services.
Purchases: In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
Restore: Purchases are tied to your store account on the device and can be restored through the store on the same device.
You may not use the App, including the AI tutor, to generate or attempt to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
The App, including its design, lesson content, features, code, and branding, is owned by Belty Bird and protected by intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belty Bird shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to online features at any time for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
